From a name to a draft you'd sign.
SatoriArc does the research a good rep would do, keeps the receipts, and stops short of anything it can't support.
Name who matters
Paste a list from anywhere, even a copy of a search results page. SatoriArc reads the names, companies and titles out of it.
Find and verify
It settles each company's website and works out the email address, then verifies the address before anything is written.
Research and check
Each fact is stored with its source, its fetch date and who it is about. Old facts age out and are not used.
Draft, then you send
A draft lands in your drafts folder only when its opener rests on a sourced fact. You send it.
Every sentence can show its work.
A claim in a draft points at a stored fact: where it was found, when it was fetched and whether it is about this person, this company or the market. A claim without one is not written.
Dana,
Congratulations on stepping into the controller role at Cedar Ridge Builders.1
I noticed Cedar Ridge runs Dynamics SL,2 and Microsoft's extended support for it ends in July 2028.3
Sometimes I talk to finance teams in the same spot who aren't sure whether to upgrade, replace, or get more out of what they have. We don't sell ERP software, so we can be an unbiased voice.
Can we find a little space on your calendar to talk?
Chris

Northline Contracting
The only opener available was the company's industry. No sourced fact about this company or this person was found, so nothing was written. You are told why, and you can add what you know.
Illustrative example. Cedar Ridge, Northline and Dana are fictional; the Dynamics SL support date is Microsoft's own.
Personal, or not at all
Every opener rests on a sourced fact about the person or their company: a new role, the system they run and its support date, a project they announced. A fact about the company counts. A fact about their industry alone does not.
When no such fact exists, SatoriArc does not reach for a template. It skips the prospect, tells you why, and lets you add what you know.
The rep sends
SatoriArc puts drafts in your own mailbox. You keep your voice, your relationships and your reputation, and nothing reaches a buyer without your decision.
It reads only what it needs to keep your list honest: delivery failures and auto-replies on the threads it created. An out-of-office that names a successor or says someone has left is worth knowing. The rest of your mailbox is not SatoriArc's business.
Your data stays yours
Facts observed from public sources can be shared across the platform. Anything observed inside a customer's mailbox stays in that customer's account, whatever it is about. Each customer's records are separated in the database itself.
No open tracking
Apple Mail, Gmail and corporate mail security all fetch images before a person reads anything, so an "open" is mostly a machine. SatoriArc doesn't add tracking images, and it doesn't tell you someone read something it can't know they read.
