Outreach your buyer
can check.
SatoriArc researches each prospect, writes only when it has a sourced reason to write, and puts the draft in your own mailbox. Every claim links to where it came from. You review it, and you send it.
Drafts, never auto-sends. Works with Microsoft 365.
Dana,
Congratulations on stepping into the controller role at Cedar Ridge Builders.1
I noticed Cedar Ridge runs Dynamics SL,2 and Microsoft's extended support for it ends in July 2028.3
Sometimes I talk to finance teams in the same spot who aren't sure whether to upgrade, replace, or get more out of what they have. We don't sell ERP software, so we can be an unbiased voice.
Can we find a little space on your calendar to talk?
Chris

Northline Contracting
The only opener available was the company's industry. No sourced fact about this company or this person was found, so nothing was written. You are told why, and you can add what you know.
Illustrative example. Cedar Ridge, Northline and Dana are fictional; the Dynamics SL support date is Microsoft's own.
Buyers ignore outreach they can't verify.
Volume tools guess at relevance and fill the gaps with flattery. A buyer can tell in one line whether the sender knows anything real about them. SatoriArc starts from what can be shown.
Every claim sourced
Each fact keeps its source, the date it was fetched and who it is about. A fact past its age limit is not used.
Silence over a weak opener
No sourced fact about this person or company means no draft. SatoriArc says why instead of falling back to a template.
Your mailbox, your send
Drafts appear in your own drafts folder. You edit them in the client you already use, and nothing goes out without your click.
Four steps, and the last one is yours.
Name who matters
Paste a list or the accounts you care about. SatoriArc finds each company's website and verifies the email address before anyone is written to.
It researches
Public sources for shared facts. Anything learned inside your mailbox stays in your account and is never shared.
It drafts, or abstains
A draft is written only when its opener rests on a sourced fact about this person or this company.
You send
The draft waits in your drafts folder. Change anything, then send it yourself.
Some limits are the product.
- Invent a fact, a statistic or a customer result.
- Write to someone it has no sourced reason to write to.
- Send anything on its own. You do.
- Track opens with hidden images. An "open" is mostly a mail scanner.
- Use one customer's mailbox data for another customer.
- Show you a customer logo it hasn't earned. There are none on this page.
Built to be checked, too.
The same rule applies to us: we say what is built and what is not. These controls are in the product today; SatoriArc is in alpha and not yet running in production. Read the details.
Isolation in the database
Every customer's records are separated by row-level security in the database itself, not only in application code.
A second factor for mailbox access
Passkeys first, or an authenticator app. Anyone who can connect a mailbox must use one.
A narrow look at your mailbox
SatoriArc writes drafts, and reads only delivery failures and auto-replies on threads it created itself.
Logs you can see
Sign-ins and administrative changes go into tamper-evident logs, and account owners can read them in the product.
Questions we hear first
Does SatoriArc send email for me?
No. It writes drafts into your own mailbox's drafts folder. You read them, change what you like and send them yourself.
Which mailboxes does it work with?
Microsoft 365 today. Google Workspace follows once Google's security review of SatoriArc is complete.
Where do the facts come from?
Public sources such as company websites, announcements, job postings and vendor lifecycle pages, plus what you give it. Every fact keeps its source and the date it was fetched, and you can open any of them from the draft's receipts.
What does it read in my mailbox?
Only delivery failures and auto-replies on threads SatoriArc created. It does not search or read the rest of your mailbox.
What happens when it can't find anything?
It doesn't draft. You see which prospect was skipped and why, and you can add something you know.
What does it cost?
During alpha, SatoriArc is priced per workspace and quoted on request. Tell us about your team on the request form.
Is it available now?
SatoriArc is in alpha and is taking its first founding customers. Request access and we'll reply personally.
